Shane Garza- President & Founder
Shane is the man behind the name. Shane is originally from Texas and moved to the Louisville area in his teens. Ambitious and always ready to serve, Shane worked his way from a quality supervisor role at an auto supplier to a full-time real estate investor. He studied finance at the University of Louisville and is married with one child.

Jamie Gibson- Acquisitions Manager
Jamie is the front-line guy. More often than not when you are calling Shane Adams Real Estate, you will be talking to Jamie. Charismatic, humble, and passionate about service work, Jamie moved from jail ministry to helping build the foundation of our business today.

Our Origin Story
I am a residential real estate developer and starting in 2017, I put myself in the middle of the mix – starting a real estate company with very little money. I read, watched videos, listened, and ingrained myself in a culture full of passionate people with big ideas.
The first house I bought was from a 98 year old WWII B-29 pilot. Paul had invested in real estate his whole life. It was in his blood. Over the course of several months we met and talked about investments, volatile equity markets, various world views, and life in general. He sold me a property he had owned for 15 years and it was rough. Not only did it need everything, but I knew next to nothing. It quickly dawned on me that reality and an idea are two different things. Fast forward 9-months later and I was the proud owner of my first “flip” property. My first house! I had never owned anything so nice. This dream of mine was finally a reality. The struggles I encountered over almost a year for this one house taught me valuable lessons in determination, grit, and attitude. It took me out of my comfort zone, but I grew. I may have been naive, reckless at times, but I set a goal for myself and gained insight and experience that are part of who I am today.
Since this early lesson I am consistently amazed at the threads in our society that cultivate individualism, yet connect us on an unknown plane of common fortitude.
“Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.” More often than not, we are caught up in the small daily problems and lose sight of our true purpose.
